Notes

• Inner line permit needs Aadhaar, photos and a medical certificate — we help with all of it.
• Altitude goes above 4,500 m. Not for people with serious heart or breathing problems.
• Runs May–June and September–October; monsoon landslides close the route in July–August.
• Breakfast and dinner are included as marked on each day. Dinner stops while travelling (onward and return) are on your own.
• Early check-in at stays is subject to availability.
• Triple and quad sharing rooms may use an extra mattress.
• Carry a government photo ID (Aadhaar, DL or passport) — hotels and permits need it.
• Pickup point, timings and your trip captain's number are shared on WhatsApp 2–3 days before departure.
• Weather, road conditions, crowds and local rules can change the schedule. Your safety comes first.

Booking & cancellation policy

• Pay the advance to lock your seat; the balance is due 7 days before departure.
• Cancel 30 or more days before departure: full refund of the amount paid, minus the advance.
• Cancel 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the trip cost is refunded.
• Cancel within 14 days of departure, or no-show: no refund.
• The advance is non-refundable, but can be moved to another Tripins trip within 6 months.
• Train tickets booked for you follow IRCTC's cancellation rules.
• If we cancel a departure, you get a full refund or a free date change.
