Notes
- 2026: daily departures till 31 Oct; the shrines close around 10–13 Nov 2026 (tentative, final dates are announced on Vijayadashami).
- 2027: daily departures from 9 May (Akshaya Tritiya) to 20 Oct 2027. Kedarnath and Badrinath opening dates are announced on Mahashivratri and Basant Panchami — if they open later, we shift the Kedarnath / Badrinath days.
- Online registration with the Uttarakhand government is mandatory for every yatri; our team helps you do it after booking.
- Kedarnath is a 16 km trek at 3,583 m. Check your fitness with a doctor if you have heart, BP or breathing issues.
- Darshan queues, weather and landslides can change the schedule.
- Breakfast and dinner are included as marked on each day. Dinner stops while travelling (onward and return) are on your own.
- Early check-in at stays is subject to availability.
- Triple and quad sharing rooms may use an extra mattress.
- Carry a government photo ID (Aadhaar, DL or passport) — hotels and permits need it.
- Pickup point, timings and your trip captain's number are shared on WhatsApp 2–3 days before departure.
- Weather, road conditions, crowds and local rules can change the schedule. Your safety comes first.
Booking & cancellation policy
- Pay the advance to lock your seat; the balance is due 7 days before departure.
- Cancel 30 or more days before departure: full refund of the amount paid, minus the advance.
- Cancel 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the trip cost is refunded.
- Cancel within 14 days of departure, or no-show: no refund.
- The advance is non-refundable, but can be moved to another Tripins trip within 6 months.
- Train tickets booked for you follow IRCTC's cancellation rules.
- If we cancel a departure, you get a full refund or a free date change.
FAQs
Kedarnath trek mushkil hai?
16 km ki chadhai hai, aaram se 6–8 ghante. Pony, palki ya helicopter bhi le sakte ho (cost alag).
Helicopter booking karoge?
Kedarnath heli tickets sirf official IRCTC portal pe milte hain. Hum process mein help karte hain, ticket ka paisa alag hai.
Buzurgon ke liye theek hai?
Haan, bahut se parivaar aate hain. Kedarnath ke liye palki/pony le lena, baaki yatra gaadi se hai.
Seat kaise book hogi?
Advance pay karke seat lock hoti hai. Baaki amount departure se 7 din pehle dena hota hai.
Kya main akela/akeli aa sakta/sakti hoon?
Haan! Zyaadatar log solo hi aate hain. Aapko same-gender travellers ke saath room milta hai.
Trip ka WhatsApp group kab banta hai?
