- Each Braj Holi (Laddoo, Lathmar, Phoolon wali, Widows' Holi) happens on a day set by the temple calendar. If the dates shift, we re-order the days so you don't miss any.
- Wear old clothes, oil your hair and skin, and keep your phone in a zip pouch.
- Crowds at Barsana and Banke Bihari are huge — stay with the group and follow the trip captain.
- Breakfast and dinner are included as marked on each day. Dinner stops while travelling (onward and return) are on your own.
- Early check-in at stays is subject to availability.
- Triple and quad sharing rooms may use an extra mattress.
- Carry a government photo ID (Aadhaar, DL or passport) — hotels and permits need it.
- Pickup point, timings and your trip captain's number are shared on WhatsApp 2–3 days before departure.
- Weather, road conditions, crowds and local rules can change the schedule. Your safety comes first.
Booking & cancellation policy
- Pay the advance to lock your seat; the balance is due 7 days before departure.
- Cancel 30 or more days before departure: full refund of the amount paid, minus the advance.
- Cancel 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the trip cost is refunded.
- Cancel within 14 days of departure, or no-show: no refund.
- The advance is non-refundable, but can be moved to another Tripins trip within 6 months.
- Train tickets booked for you follow IRCTC's cancellation rules.
- If we cancel a departure, you get a full refund or a free date change.
