This page explains what information we collect on tripins.in and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you request a callback or a booking: your name, phone number, the trip, date and number of travellers you choose, and the page you sent it from.
- Anything you share with us on WhatsApp, on a call or by email.
- Your wishlist is saved only in your own browser. It is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To call you back, answer your questions and arrange your booking.
- To send details about the trip you asked about.
- We do not sell your information.
Who handles it
- Your request may be stored or delivered using service providers such as Google Sheets, Telegram and our email provider, so that our team can see it.
- If you continue on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
- For a confirmed trip, we share the details needed with hotels, transport operators and permit authorities.
Your choices
- You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, using the contact details below.
- We keep your information only as long as we need it for your enquiry or trip, or as the law requires.
